There is just no way they can get the all-digital down that low without taking a massive loss (at least upfront) if the standard is $200 more. The only difference between the two systems is the lack of a 4k blu-ray drive, which saves Sony at most $50. The other internals are exactly the same. This isn’t the Series S

Winning won’t fix everything, but it is a required first step. And so far so good:

I think this is most likely. Sony can’t eat a loss the way Microsoft can. Microsoft has more cash on hand and is treating the consoles almost like a phone where they plan to make up the loss on a subscription to Game Pass.

Giannis is an average to below average shooter (28.4% from 3 for his career, 30.4% last year), and unless he really improves on that this is his peak. He dominates with his all-time elite level of athleticism, but once that starts to go with age, he is going to become a Vince Carter or Derrick Rose in their early 30's

On a very basic level, all things being equal, it takes four times the graphics power to render something at 4k vs 1080p, since 4k has four times the area as 1080p. So in theory, a three teraflop system should be able to render in 1080p at the same quality and framerate anything a 12 teraflop system can do at 4k. At

Closer to 4 than 5, which is well off Biden’s 7.5 average, and she had her numbers drop a few points in the last 10 days when Comey re-opened the investigation into her and Trump actually shut up and campaigned smart for the last 10 days. Basically, it was a perfect storm that led to her losing by 70,000 votes.

At a 5-6% popular vote win Nate Silver puts Biden’s win percentage at 98%. At 3-4% popular vote win for Biden his victory chance is 74%. So a 3-4% win looks good for Biden and anything more than that looks like an almost guaranteed win. Personally, I think the magic number where Biden becomes basically unbeatable is

People are scared of the polls being off, but I really don’t think that is going to be a problem this time. In 2016 the national polls were mostly right on with Clinton up by an average of 3.5 on election day and winning the popular vote by 2.5 in reality. The problem was the state polls were off in the Midwest,

Vita is the only handheld (not counting Switch) I’ve finished a story driven game on (Persona 4), so I would have to give it my top spot.  Although Switch is easily my #1 if it’s included.

I really love how Trump was yelling at Portland arrest someone not only outside of their city, but outside of their state.

The one thing that gives me comfort is fascists don’t come to power with approval ratings in the 30's. They have to have a very high approval rating before people will tolerate them undoing freedoms and democracy. Hitler was only able to become Hitler because he was extremely popular in Germany in a way Trump and the

They are making profit for sure and actually a lot of it, but they are well down from expectations due to Ghost Recon Breakpoint. That game performed so far below expectations that they delayed Watch Dogs 3 to make substantial changes to it in the wake of how much of Ghost Recon was received. So they are really

Their sales are down and they are laser focusing on the 30 something, conservative, white male gamer that has been their core constituency for the last 20 years and figuring they will sell more to those people than they will lose in people walking away. I don’t think that assumption is correct, but I think that’s

You should take a look at pc benchmarks for games that run in 4k with graphics maxed. In some games (yes, poorly optimized ones) like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Horizon Zero Dawn the 2080 Ti can’t even hold 60 fps at all times at 4k with max graphics. And that is with a $1200 GPU. So getting to 4k/60 with a $500

I think people need to stop thinking about these consoles as true next generation and more like a PS4 Pro Plus and a Xbox One X Plus.  You will probably be playing all the same games for the first few years as the old consoles, just with better framerates, higher resolutions and more graphic effects.

Probably too soon, especially when they can’t even keep the Switch in stock. It’s passed 60 million units and expected to go past 100 million units. I can’t imagine Nintendo planning to move on from the current Switch in the near future. That being said, the Switch is going to get absolutely left in the dust by the

I prefer physical, but I more prefer being able to play the game at 9 PM the day before release rather than having to pick it up in a store the next day (or go to a midnight release when they still happen).

Physical isn’t much better at this point. A lot of games are missing content on the disc and require a day one patch to even function. Even more are un-recognizable without their patches and updates.  So you might be able to play a game off the disc 20 years from now after you have lost access to the digital version,
