100 middle and high school students most likely isn’t that high a percentage of students. If it’s anything like my middle and high school, there are probably around 1000 total students in the middle school and 2000-2500 in the high school.

I think it’s this exactly. The rich are getting obscenely richer and almost everyone else is getting poorer.
