I agree with much of what you’re saying and I’m only a few years behind you (33) and in the same boat of trying to figure out what gives me purpose.

I’m struggling with this as well. I’m trying to reduce the number of years I have to work and am banking pretty much everything I can. That said, I just had a Friday/Monday off jaunt and was discovering myself in a “yeah, I COULD do X, but am bored” mentality. Makes me think I need to find more or better hobbies.
