Glad to hear the good comments. Wonder how this will sell versus the original in overall units, now that there's another year's worth of the user install base?

I'd pick up some of those limited edition Basil-Tomato Jagarico. Sounds like a pretty word italiano snacky.

What's interesting is that anybody can just walk up to one of the seal vendors and pick up a Tanaka or Yamada (ie Smith and Jones) stamp and go to town... stamping the whole way.

@ShingoEX: No doubt, the first thing I noticed. Really had to try to get that one wrong!

I'm interested in seeing if they bring Another Code R to the US... The first one for DS was great. Hell, both Cing titles for the DS were awesome.

@tatermoog: Yeah, what destrado said. "sousa" is operation (ie controlling) in Japanese. Bowser is always referred to just as "Koopa" in Japan.

this is just weird. but in a feel good, touchy-feely DS way.

Congrats Brian. Was a great book / Christmas gift. I quickly finished it the day after.... um, and now want more! It totally inspired me to go to the arcade here in Chinatown for some classic retro gaming. Ah yeah.

@Kazzahdrane: ha, yeah, i noticed that too. maybe grandma can help.

Ha, I totally remember that Tilt arcade at Prestonwood! Right by the main entrance when you walked in, it too seemed like it was placed in the ideal location to draw in the crowds. Would be interesting to find out of its still there or long gone.

@Minister of Fun: Ha, that sounds pretty sweet actually. Hope you don't mind if I start saying that from time to time.

i bet in a few months, it will still look terrific! hoping to see some new stages next.

JCP for the holiday win, Luke. That's some family you've got. What's the Aussie beer/drink of choice for the occasion?

how about punish them by overloading the servers? because that's what just happened!

@aNiMeMaN14: Nintendo won't brick your console. Bricking only occurs if something really abnormal was setup on your system or something fucks up in the middle of the install. However, if you follow the installation instructions close enough you should be fine.

Congratulations, mate! Definitely want to hear about the Australian culture of weddings and such.

@latiosking: that's exactly what i thought too, great name for a ghost!

I like how the engine in Japanese is "BOYOYON" game engine. The ontomontopea is just right!

Can't stop aging... but you can enjoy spending time with the boys, watching them grow, teaching them new things. This time will be interesting to see how Mini-bash becomes a big brother, right? There's quite a lotta something to be said about that too!
