I see no motivation for them to make up this story.

How about you go look up “Ryan Lochte” on twitter or google for your evidence. Two eye witness accounts > White privilege
But why make this shit up?
Is lying to NBC an crime in Brazil? Don’t these dipshit police have real crimes to investigate?
That was my thought. The favelas explode damn near every night but they’re hellbent on questioning olympic athletes?
Corrupt Latin and South American legal systems have never had qualms about locking tourists up
Seriously, it was amazing how many posters here felt he was innocent (apparently him being white and Brazil being a third world country is enough evidence for most people).
I love how they have competitions for the “butterfly” or “backstroke.” Track should add a “running backwards” event and then have like a 50m, 100m, 150m, 200m, and of course have a relay for it.
You forgot to add to your post “white power!”
So to sum up your defense: because Brazil has issues with their government, it means some white US swimmers are telling the truth. Good to know, no wonder so many black people here are shot by cops.
I agree, there was no motivation for that Stanford swimmer to “rape” that girl. He’s innocent.
Yeah, you know, Latinos are always looking for bribes and white American swimmers are always telling the truth.
I agree totally, white swimmers should be believed. If a Stanford swimmer was accused of rape, he should be let go because he says he didn’t do it.
I agree, they’re white and American so they obviously are trustworthy.
I agree, how dare they question white Americans.
I agree, he’s white and American so he’s telling the truth.
In the USA, it’s common for a real police officer to pull your over a “broken tail light” and shoot you if you’re black. It happens to black people all the time. If it happened to you, - would you go home and call the same American police force that just shot you?
It’s not like he’s some Average Joe Tourist.
I agree with you, thankfully these types of shenanigans don’t occur in professional boxing.
Wow, you’re still trippin about this?
