Who wrote this episode!?!?!? HID, whatever they are, wouldn't torture an FBI agent.
Also, if you want to keep the bad guys comfortable, you plead NOT guilty. THEY KNOW she didn't do it. When the news reports that she pled guilty, they will suspect something is up.
