Yes, Le Mans and WEC is where you'll see the top P1 teams compete regularly.
They did a few years back before the ILMS was a thing. Then that went away and now we have WEC, that goes to all the "premiere" places like Bahrain where attendance is the 5 camels in the background who haven't got a clue about what a "McNish" is.
