If they think video and podcasts are the way to save this site? Boy do they have a nasty surprise coming! At that point though, I won’t feel bad. All the talented people will have already left, and the legacy of Gawker will be both controversial and sad.

I’m a fan of Gizmodo but there seems to be no ceiling to the amount of ads they are willing to have.

I wouldn’t mind videos and podcasts...if they stayed off the site. I cannot stand the videos that masquerade as articles and the autoplay has probably bled this site of many, many visitors.

What many of us would love is a site that was less hostile to mobile viewing.
