It’s a good example of a front-to-back good design. It looks good all around. The best Continental since the 1960s, IMO.

We had a 2012 or 2013 Edge for five years, never had an issue with it. The only expensive thing we had to do to it was replace all four tires when one got a nail, and even then, four tires on the Edge were about the same as two rear tires on the M5.

None of what you said makes any sense to me. They sold over 1.5 million of the things, I would expect the vast majority to consumers rather than rental fleets (I’ve rented 100s of times in last 5 years, never even seen an Edge on the lot).

The Edge was most definitely bigger on the inside, and outside, than the Escape.
