They may very well have all of the knowledge on how to maintain a pool, but their execution and application of said knowledge is clearly lacking... we know this because the pools are lacking clarity.

That venue and pool has been hosting diving events since the 2007 Pan American games, including the FINA Diving World Cup just last February. So its not like they don’t know how to maintain a pool.

It’s a bit odd that we’re hearing nothing now about the pollution in the open waters where rowing etc. takes place, but the enclosed swimming pools are turning green.
