I agree. If you live close to an HEB, check out their line of Creamy Creations ice cream and sherbet. The pints are often on sale for $2.50. We can always add toppings like candy after it’s dished out. Also, Blue Bunny just came out with ice cream that’s soft serve.

Believe it or not, there are still small towns, villages and even cities across the US that still use tape drives to back up their data.

This is a summary about a story that was already published. If you click on the original article that was written, there are plenty of pictures.

I can’t speak to the apple pie, but when the strawberry cream pie comes out (limited time, like the McRib) we’ll grab a couple while out running errands. The pie we ate last week didn’t taste baked to us. Then I read the description on the website that said: “baked side by side in a sugar-coated crust”. Lightbulb

It’s only recently that I upgraded to a computer with 8GB of memory. Each webpage you open uses memory. If I were to open a webpage with 16 huge pictures on it, it would take forever to load on my old computer with 4GB. If you use Gmail, you may see a link above the body of an email that says “show pictures”. Again,

When I was 13 my Dad retired and finally followed his dream. He opened a gun store. We had been around guns our entire lives, and I was able to work for him and make $3/hour. I would clean, vacuum, make coffee, mop floors in the back and take out or put back trays of guns in the safe. When I wasn’t working, I was in

A few years ago, I had a water heater pipe that burst in my garage. Prior, my garage was FILLED with stuff. Stuff I hadn’t paid much attention to in 10+ years. In order to fix the drywall, everything had to be removed and 80% of it was damaged so bad it had to be thrown away. Once I had an empty garage, freshly

I can see all the “worth it” items coming in pretty handy for those that love to camp as well as those that travel in an RV.

They could’a spent 5 more minutes in THAT meeting!

When my son was little, we’d take stale loafs of bread and head to the lake to feed the ducks. Maybe he was thinking along the same lines? Not the same product, but still.

When I was a waitress at Shari’s Restaurants many eons ago, every table received a small 8az glass of water upon sitting down. Every single one. I found this practice extremely wasteful, so I would ask if they wanted water along with whatever drinks they may order. Why can’t restaurants just do the same with bread

I do this when making casseroles with a bottom layer of dough like crescent or biscuit. I always find if I don’t, I have a bit of undercooked dough on the bottom. I blame my old oven.

I will shamelessly save a little extra batter (brownie, cake or otherwise) just so I can enjoy it all for myself. I can see throwing in some mini chocolate chips or rainbow sprinkles as well. This would also be a great way to use up any stale bread you have lying around.

I kept my son (and myself) off social media completely. I don’t have the energy to keep up with the misinformation, disinformation, stupid and dangerous challenges and drama. It’s just easier to pick up the phone and call our family to say “hey, what’s happening in your life”. JMO.

Coconut milk, chicken broth, lime juice, cilantro and jasmine rice is one of my favorite side dishes to make. I wouldn’t have thought to use coconut water, though. It sounds like a much less expensive option when I’m out of coconut milk..

OR add some extra cheesy Cheez-Its. I already use them in my tomato soup, so at least for me, it tracks.

I with they would have clarified which brand of butter is best.

Sounds like something my Alexa would say when I ask her to tell me a joke.

Finding a great mentor at work can make the difference between getting promoted and getting fired. If possible, find one that has done the job you’re in now and bounce ideas and frustrations off of them. Their insight and experience can help you grow in ways that have nothing to do with salary and can save you

I wish Doritos and McCormick's would have a baby. Meatloaf Doritos. The spice packet is something I always seem to have on hand and put it in/on everything from homemade fajita seasoning to popcorn.
