That’s an interesting idea, actually. Hmm.

If he is actually innocent- his rep will be fine. It’s as simple as that.

Since you brought it up, how often do you beat your wife?

If you think that there is a serious comparison to be made someone voluntarily changing their name and someone stating that she was sexually assaulted, there’s no point in talking to you before you do a little research on what happens to women who make public accusations of assault, especially against their employer.

Edit: Okay I did read fast - if this guy was talking only about his own personal standard of “probably guilty” and not the standard for a court of law. It is not more obviously extreme than Yemen’s judicial system, but it’s still points to a pervasive bias against women and any reporters of sexual abuse and enablement

Well done. I can’t even reply to this person. He (?) claims not to be a troll, but if that is the case, is so out of touch of reality as to have trollish views in real life. It’s Poe’s Law here.

“Dr” Luke’s rambling ridiculous twitter rant actually supports the idea that he is guilty of an abuse of power. Having a feminist mom and 3 sisters is no guarantee that someone is not a rapist... Slandering Kesha’s attorney is standard Trump-style discredit & distract. In old photos, Kesha looks barely present she is

So what you’re saying is that it’s okay to rape as long as it only happens once, maybe twice if the attacker is famous?

I don’t understand why you don’t assume that any woman/victim is telling the truth or that you should be concerned about Dr Luke’s reputation. If he really is innocent- his rep will be just fine.

No one cares about your rule.

I believe women.

I don’t know. When you are given that amount of power over people it can give you the confidence to do something that you might not have done otherwise. Jimmy Saville was only accused by people after he was established and famous, likewise Bill Cosby. I can’t see any of this benefiting Kesha at all so I’m on her side.

Three women came forward soon after the lawsuit was filed. Likely others have come forward since then. Kesha’s lawyer said one of those women has a story very similar to Kesha’s. So there are others who will testify at the trial.

Right, but she’d also been trying to find ways to dissolve her contract for years. As part of the pop machinery, they were holding her albums so as to not coincide with their other brands (Cyrus, perry, Rihanna, etc). As a result, she was falling in rankings. She couldn’t release anything on her own, and he was

From my experience as a cop many women recant their stories for whatever reason, and I can’t judge that.

I thought it was well known that if you want to be a female pop star, part of the deal was that Dr Luke got access to you. On gossip sites, like ONTD, it has been a well known fact for years. Same with Crosby and other pieces of shit. But I guess we need a male comedian to make a joke about it before they take women

How about the fact Kesha has basically had to give up her career in order not to work with this guy? If nothing happened, she’d be shooting herself in the foot. Look at what this woman has been through and tell me there’s a reason for her actions other than what she claims.

So far more women haven’t come out of the woodwork to accuse Luke of being anything more than an asshole.

Even the deposition seems to raise more questions for Luke than Kesha. The fact that they knew to ask those specific questions about him drugging and raping her five whole years ago seems to be more evidence that she isn’t just making it up out of he blue.

I’d just like to say, for the people who want to come in and blurt out crap about how Dr. Luke might be getting thrown under the bus and really is totally good guy- in the real world, if someone is sticking to her story about abuse for year after year after year, to the extent of putting money and lawyer time behind
