I come from Mexican parents and I’ve had to deal with some of that ingrained racism/sexism, believe it or not. It comes in every color. I still see some of it when I travel back to Mexico.

What are you even talking about? Deportation was a prescribed penalty or EXTREME cases. If you pull a guy over for a DUI, then discover that he/she is undocumented maybe, MAYBE, deportation is an appropriate penalty.
