Exactly what I was thinking. Why don't we call out Tatty for ripping off every hipster ever? I just can't get outraged about these kinds of things.

Yeah, I absolutely agree with you. Basically, I feel like no one should ever feel like they should have to change their bodies to feel beautiful or fit in or whatever. But the truth of the matter is that they do, and I am not going to judge them for deciding to do it or not to do it.

I think the kind of contradiction/hypocrisy you are talking about comes from the fact that we think that women should be able to do anything they want with their bodies, but we wish there wasn't a system in place that made them feel like they have to have surgery to be attractive. At least that's what it is for me.

Really though, if you polled a hundred people (Americans) and said, which toy is for boys, and which toy is for girls, most if not all people would make the distinction that the pink kitchen set is for girls, and the pirates and men in armor are for boys.

I think that the Madame/Madamoiselle distinction is different on forms than it is in everyday speech, though. Like here, a form would say single/married, but you can still choose to be called Ms. or Miss or Mrs. or whatever.

Because it means single or married. When you fill out every form here, you don't have to put single or married.

Done. Sold.

I hate this problem, especially if I am wearing a tight dress and you can see where the waistband sucks me in and I hang out on top of it (cute, right?). My friend told me to just cut on the very top seam, down along the sides, not enough to cut through the thick part at the top, just a little cut. This loosens them

I actually read that and was horrified, because it honestly seems plausible with these lunatics.

Don't worry! I read it. And they were wrong about the article. Great job! Gold star, Foxeo!!!!

Good for him, honestly. Maybe she will start to see homosexuals as human beings, now.

That's really sweet! She seems like an awesome lady who loves a good time. Thanks for sharing!

I really wonder how this came to be. She probably called her grandson and was like, Jimmy! Get over to my house! And bring a VCR or whatever it's called!

I read this article, started typing up a comment, and then my brain was like, "this is just too much... I want to read the thing about the babies."

Smart kid you've got!

Right? I've seen this dress a billion times.

Ann Taylor does too. I kind of love the J Crew wedding dresses. Some are super expensive, but there were some beautiful ones for $500-$600, which is amazing.

I don't think the rest of them are as handsome as their father. Might be the age/power thing for me. I'm attracted to men I hate. Can't help it.

That is Crystal Renn?? She looks very different from what I remember. Did she have a face transplant?

It means that if you go to the hospital, they might have to undress you, and she doesn't want you to be wearing gross underwear. Doesn't mean it will keep you out of the ER.
