PS3 games here cost £32-£34 a PC game costs £24-£28. Admittedly the used market for PC and PS3 aren't entirely the same but are based on the same principal and with that said PC games don't cost stupid money.

The ending was rushed together at the last minute that betrayed every theme and choice from the last two freaking games. The ending was a complete sham.

I can see why there's an exception because to my knowledge there is no other game like mass effect. It takes your decisions and carries them across 3 games impacting the story and lives of characters.

I'm surprised BioWare didn't jump on this sooner. It's already out there that they were rushed for the ending so if i was a developer i would relish the chance to take this 'out' and create the best most fleshed out ending possible.

I dunno with Javik being prothean and their cycle being the last to build upon the Cruicible with it being almost ready to deploy i think they could have made it work.

It's worth noting that Javik the DLC companion also had quite a large role in the original script.

It's already been done Javik was supposed to be the Catalyst but they changed that and made him DLC.
