I was kinda thinking the same thing. Not that I’m a fan of this particular judge, but why is he getting all the blame and none is going to the probation department who suggested that sentence? I hope voters of that county clean up house starting with the probation department.

I’m willing to get him out of there and find out. It will certainly send a sharp message to any other judge thinking light sentences for RAPISTS is appropriate this day and age.
