I would strongly advise against ever buying a Toshiba Satellite laptop. My sister and I have had nothing but problems from ours. Her laptop is even over a year newer than mine, but they both have similar problems...

I think on a dirt cheap netbook platform Chrome OS is a great idea. Like they said this is meant for a companion device, not a primary computer.
