Everyone I know seems to be doing that Whole 30 crap. I take a collagen supplement because I’m in a constant war with my skin and joints, and I saw it was “Whole 30 approved” and wanted to die.

I think these meal kits can be a good way to learn how to make dishes when you don’t already have good cooking skills. It takes all the guesswork out of it for you.

The problem seems to be that some people don’t have a frame of reference between mediocre rice and good rice. It might taste good to them but it wouldn’t meet the standards of people that grew up eating rice on a daily basis.

I still don’t understand how someone her age can get so excited about taking a bath. Most people take a bath because you need to unwind and relax. It is a mini spa vacation minus the strangers touching you.
