I’m grateful to those currently playing the game, and I’m actually fairly disappointed in this news. I was hoping to get to try and play with a friend, but it looks like that’s not even a possibility.

Regardless of what I or anyone else may think about fair or unfair advantages, the difference is that there’s nothing automated going on here. You’re still performing all of the inputs without any automatic aiming or button pressing. It is nothing more or less than an input translator. It has no idea what’s happening

This is not an uncommon event since this past weekend:

Best thing about this blog. I’ll probably need to update my RSS reader presently.

Nothing there about the ridiculous boost to Jump, Attack, Escape, and Flee frequency. F—

It’s worth noting that after accepting the free Windows 10 upgrade license, you can revert to your previous install and keep the option to update back to 10 at a later date. As one who was initially pretty unimpressed (and in some ways, agitated), I’d have to admit that Win 10 has improved over the past year. The

But let’s keep adding thousands of additional users when the first load of players was already too much to handle... #cashgrab

It appears to be accessible again.

The verbiage is different.

See, when they announced the three teams in the beta, I imagined some species only spawning depending on your Team choice (e.g. Pokémon Blue/Red/Yellow game rosters). Then there’d still be competition between teams, but also cooperation by design.

Oh, it’s got to have been at least 4 out of 5 throws for me the past few days. It hardly ever happened to me during the field test, and it’d been relatively sparse at launch... but since Saturday, my freeze frequency has been utterly abysmal. I often still do get the Pokémon... so that’s nice at least. But having to

Of course it happened with Ingress. They’ve had partnership deals with Jamba Juice, Zipcar, AXA, SoftBank, MUFG...

FTFY...

As I’ve noted before, the problem with faction design in Pokémon GO (as opposed to Ingress) is the lack of balancing for the less populous team(s). As it is, selecting Team Blue when you get to Lv.5 is pretty much like choosing Easy Mode at the start of the game.

The problem with Pokémon GO is that its design simply benefits the largest team in an area. In Ingress, being a smaller faction in your city does mean that there are more working against you, but it also means you have more opportunities to gain experience (AP), because you get more AP for hacking an enemy portal. In P

PokéStop and Gym locations all source from Ingress portal locations. When Ingress agents were submitting new points of interest to Google/Niantic, there were a number of guidelines. One of them was that public places of worship were valid portal locations.

Draw is also affected by the players, though, when constructing decks. Of course you’re right that it’s random which cards you get when, but you still put them in there knowing this. Mana curve is a key element in deckbuilding, and skill definitely comes into play (even before a match starts) when determining the
