Sure, not anymore. Nintendo saw to that issuing a baseless (as there was no infringement) CND letter against a simple mod, so now it’s been clandestinely released and can be had not only as an IPS, but also as a pre-patched ROM file. Point being, Nintendo turned it into a problem when it wouldn’t have been otherwise.

Inaccurate. It was developed (and slated to be released) as an IPS delta patch for the game, not as a fully working game ROM. It is absolutely not a piracy case (nor is it an IP case, btw). Not any more than the shirtless Lara Croft patches were back in the day. It’s a modification for a game that you have to already

;p

Spin the Bottle

Calling them three games is a real stretch. That’s like referring to Training Mode in Street Fighter or Guitar Hero as a “game.”

Completing the two dozen levels takes very little time and gameplay gets pretty stale pretty fast.

I kept updating my caught total and checking progress. It was obvious pretty early on that they were aiming waaayyy too high—like, by an order of magnitude.

I was cautiously optimistic about Sun/Moon, but so far it’s been pretty amazing. The one big feature that wasn’t entirely clear to me going in was whether or not full trainer customization would be available (as had been in X/Y but totally dropped in OR/AS) or if we’d just get hats as was obvious in the trailer. Boom.

They’ve already said on-the-record that his hook is NOT a hitscan weapon. It is only supposed to connect when the hook gets to a target. In this video, Sombra very obviously teleported before the hook arrived at her previous location.

Couldn’t have just—I don’t know—replaced her crying soundfile with one of silence?

The NPCs in The Division do get annoying quick, especially when you’re buying and crafting gear and you have to hear some guy say “My back’s all fucked up” over and over and over...

I’d play again just to see this.

Everyone should buy Sun because I’m getting Moon.

Spending what money? My 2DS is modded, and it cost me nothing but a bit of time to do.

Wait, they’re using their main Nintendo Network ID for their modded systems? And going online with a game before it’s out? Does nobody remember the Halo 4 bans?
