Agreed, but I would add that Facebook as an open marketplace for ideas, and Facebook as a medium for bad actors to knowingly disseminate false information as news — are two different things.

I’m more interested in large private companies like Facebook, Twitter, etc. being open marketplaces for ideas. While I’m liberal I want them to remain open places for conservatives.
