Just put your finger on the word you want to change until it is highlighted blue. Then you can delete it. And if you are typing something like adhd and it is suggesting other words, tap the adhd that pops up on the left. That tells the phone that it is a valid work and it won’t autocorrect it later.

I believe current codes require house to be concrete. Watching some of those home shows on hgtv, the one where the couple is in FL, every house is concrete. I’m sure older homes don’t have to meet this code. Not sure about any other state.
