Your CPU isn’t actually THAT important when it comes to gaming. The crux of it is the Graphics card which does not require a new MOBO (well not always). You can easily run a CPU from 2-3 generations ago and see pretty much no difference in gaming performance. Also, a lot of the need to upgrade PCs these days are due…
