Wow, this is unbelievably confusing. Time to move on, it’s been real AV Club.

Made it halfway through the Hungry Caterpillar but gave up when I couldn't follow where he got all the food from.

"…at once numbingly simple and bizarrely difficult to follow." Excellent summation of this article.

Comedy Central has to be fairly upset at Jon Stewart's timing to announce he's leaving less than a year after John Oliver, Stephen Colbert, Larry Wilmore all move on to other opportunities. The stable emptied quickly, and then immediately after Stewart leaves.

I read the glove story totally differently. Solverson had already accepted that she wasn't going to catch Malvo, because Gus asked her to. She had dropped that glove. She seemed resigned to have to let Lester go from the holding cell, but rationalized it in her head as, well, I'm going to drop the other glove out

Really? Huh. I don't feel like I'm asking anything beyond basic logic, and if the writers of the show weren't able or interested in getting a level or two deeper into the origins of their characters, well, maybe you're right.

I guess my question is bigger-picture then. Is this the first time Malvo has just decided to screw with everyone? That doesn't seem likely. So if he does this on a regular basis, that's not going to work out real well for his bosses and therefore, for him.

But wouldn't it be problematic for Malvo's organization that he did absolutely nothing to help the guy who hired them for their help? I mean, I get that Malvo just likes messing with things…… but he's not going to last very long working for his organization if every job he gets sent to do he just goes off the rails

So the kid knew the entire backstory of Bill expecting a Sudanese boy and then concocted an entire, believable, story about how he got lost, right there on the spot when Bill saw him? I'm 100% sure the story has no deeper level than what was presented, and is being used as a substitute for the movie scene where Marge

That's about how I've read it as well, but my question would be, isn't Stavros going to call Malvo's boss, presumably connected to the mob somehow, and tell him what an awful job Malvo did? (My memory here is that Malvo was assigned the Stavros case by the Reno guy, not that Malvo stumbled into the situation like he

Also, what month is this supposed to take place? I mean, obviously winter, but it could be March. The salesman of the year would surely be Jan - Dec, so that would potentially leave him 9 months to somehow become the best salesman in the country.

I actually feel like the show is coming apart at the seams a bit. All you mentioned above is correct. I've really, really enjoyed watching it because it is generally really well-made and enjoyable to view; but I do think looking back critically on the season after it's over, this show may not really hold up very

You are definitely totally correct. I think one other thing the flash-forward 1 year did was try to gloss over what would be a very messy trial for Chaz; one that likely could still be going on. I think we're all going to have to agree to just not think too much about that part, unless they plan to address it in the

Interesting episode.
- Key and Peele are terrible and I think it was a huge mistake to cast them in this role. They are far too distracting and their storyline is so cliched so far.
- The story with Bill and his Sudanese son was beautiful, it was so sincere it almost brought a tear to my eye.
- Lester's new wife is hot.

I have 10%!!

YES. Someone please explain to me what use it is to get a notification that someone has replied to my comment, but when I click on it all I see is the original comment, my comment, and the one response to my comment. All the other discussion and comments in the same thread are hidden away and there's no way to see

Yeah I can't help but feel like anyone who thought this came out of nowhere has really not been watching this show very closely. Ginsberg has been mentally ill, and likely schizophrenic, since the first episode he was in. His work environment being completely disrupted by a large humming computer seems like exactly

"You know who had a ridiculous dream, and people laughed at him?"

Oh super, an app from the band with the catalog of worst album artwork in history. I can't wait to play with lots of stuff that looks like a kindergartner vomited into a Nintendo.

When I view the main page, I can see 6 stories. 3 of those stories are episode reviews of TV shows I don't watch. So immediately 50% of the content you are showing me I have zero interest in. I may not click on every article and interview on the site, but if I don't watch a TV show, I don't care about any of the
