That's what we did with our original iPad. I'm not sure why more people don't buy refurbished. It was in mint condition when we got it at nearly $100 cheaper.

Unfortunately, we didn't have any pay per view channels. I was stuck with scrambled Cinemax and Showtime. Fortunately, we had a VCR with a macro and micro adjustment for each channel. After my parents went to bed, I'd spend all night holding the little yellow adjustment tool hoping that I'd catch a glimpse of

These people are not 'Hackers'. They are just expendable puppets who only know how to download malicious tools that someone with real intelligence created. Then they take credit as if it took any real work on their part.

Maybe I'm alone here, but I don't find the word 'asshat' funny at all. And I don't think it's an appropriate description for a murderer. A person like this is not deserving of such a light-hearted title.

In case you weren't aware, almost every company does that. Of all the companies you can think of, what percentage have a truly novel product?

A LONG while ago, I lived near a store that rented out PC games. It was awesome. They also rented out wedding decorations...which was odd.

Some would argue that the mid-tier developers who depend on every sale can't survive in that environment. They may only have 1 or 2 IPs that are keeping them afloat (or a completely new company with a new IP). And when they take a gamble (like 38 studios is taking), failure could completely bankrupt the company. The

Maybe the author was speaking specifically about this double pendulum. Otherwise there would be no point in mentioning the materials in addition to the concept of a double pendulum. That's how I read it.

What a wonderful story. I feel inspired to go build something.

EDIT: Several others have already pointed this out. Whoops.
