@Crisss1205: It certainly does. This is probably the best thing that could happen to AT&T customers. It puts pressure on them to make their service better and more attractive to customers. One way they could do that is to allow WiFi hotspot tethering without charging an arm and a leg.

This is the only reason I jailbroke my phone. Hopefully AT&T will get a freaking clue.
