I really Hope Evan Peters is Playing Quicksilver. Wanda could just be going crazy and pull him from the multiverse into the MCU because she misses her brother.....

A: she’s not a Jedi
My favorite read of the last episode of Clone Wars is Rex and Ahsoka are literally fighting their way with everything they have out of the fate that everyone (including the franchise) had placed on them. They were supposed to die there so they would fit the canon that existed when the show was created (pre-Rebels) but…
I also kept being struck, in the final season, by how much of a total Force-using bad-ass she is. We were told (by Yoda, I think) when she was introduced that she was something special, but man oh man did those last couple episodes let her live up to her potential.
That did not answer my question in any way.
It's also a testament to Filoni's mastery that I give a shit about Anakin. Having watched Revenge again during the last season of CW, his film counterpart is impossible to connect with.
Just here to say again that I am aghast at how successful Ahsoka has been, and how her character remains the exception whenever I call for existing franchises to develop new frontiers and go beyond revisiting existing locales and characters. Do we need more TNG goodness in Picard? Not really. Do I want to have another…
“Abandoning her identity as Ashla, she takes on another pseudonym to reflect her position within the Rebellion: Fulcrum.”
Ahsoka went from annoying to the the most complete character and best embodiment of the light side of anyone in canon.
I do not but I was hounded by a user saying that because I said I did not care, I cared. I do not give a flying fuck anymore. It is well past its timeline.
Checks out
Serious question; is there anyone here who cares even remotely about any of the Avatar sequels? The original wasn’t even that good, let alone the time lapse at this point.
Good point. Covid has thrown the entire industry off, so I honestly have no idea when we’ll even get a proper X-Men movie, let alone a Deadpool one.
Or torsos, for that matter.
I trust Rob Liefeld’s knowledge of the inner workings of Marvel Studios about as much as I would trust Rob Liefeld to draw accurate and proportional feet.
Liefeld has his flaws but I don’t think he’s wrong here, though. I genuinely believe Disney still isn’t sure what to do with the property. Of course, it doesn’t help that TJ Miller is basically radioactive now. That’s a recasting I don’t have an issue with. Of course of course, they also have all the X-properties to…
The New Mutants really is the Butters of movies.
No one cares what you think Liefeld. And Disney should be smart to never allow you to do anything with them ever.
Yeah, I hear you there, but if we’re really going to start laying blame, it goes back to Qui Gon. He was told directly that Anakin should not be accepted as a Jedi trainee, and then Obi Wan, his head filled with Qui Gon’s idealism, pulled a procedural move to train Anakin himself. So I guess this was also a failure of…
I mean, yes?
