It is a hivemind. That’s why Jezebel is Jezebel, Gawker is Gawker, Giz is Giz, Foxnation is Foxnation, etc. Most people gravitate towards what they like and what reaffirms who they are/what they think.

This film does look good. Right now I’m thinking it will be more hit than miss. Hopefully.

If Fey never did SNL or 30 Rock, I would have though Date Night and Baby Mama were mildly amusing. Considering how good she was on SNL and 30 Rock, I found Date Night and Baby Mama to be really subpar. Not nearly as smart as her other work.

No shit it is a matter of opinion. That’s the point. People have opinions and we discuss those opinions.

Easy. I know people love to put TF on a pedestal around here. As good as she is when she’s good, she often misses the mark big time. Too often we highlight her when it’s convenient and never discuss when it challenges the image of her we’ve created.
