Here in Ohio that would just be a ticket to get caught with one joint. Some states are just seriously out of whack when it comes to marijuana laws.

For me, it wasn’t the weed but the fact that she ran from the cops not only putting her life but the lives of others in danger. That’s some straight up bullshit.
