We used what we called a snuggle jug- coincidentally, a jug from an empty Snuggle fabric softener with the top cut off. Just pee into and fling the contents out the window. Problem was less the peeing part, but the shaking-off so as not to leave that last squirt in your undies.

I wonder where the $35 mil goes? It amounts to less than 5% of the $819 million budgeted. Is that rolled into the next year's budget, or do they throw a big party with it?
