I think electrification would be an excellent option for RX-8s. They get abysmal mileage, but have a really nice chassis, weight balance, and are more practical than one would think. Plus getting 15 MPG in this economy sucks hard.

Whenever I see one of those grilles, I can’t help but view it as an angry anime girl. I say “awwww, wook who’s gwumpy today OwO” pretty much every time I see one. Haven’t gotten any death threats yet, but time will tell. 

I remember on one road trip in my RX-8 that I managed to squeeze out 300 miles. It was sucking down fumes by the time I rolled up to the pump. But yeah, typical is about 200 per tank.
