At the very least, it looks like the heavy bits (the kitchen area and the tiny bathroom) are at the front, so that should at least help with stability.

Knob-controlled infotainment systems (like iDrive) are vastly superior to touchscreens. No smudges, and the knob is almost always in easy reach.
