Another RX-8 owner, here. The doors came in handy quite often. Every now and then you need to cart around something a bit large, right? Well simply open both passenger-side doors, fold down the front passenger seat, and shove whatever you need in there. When I got new tires put on, I shoved them all in the cabin.

They had that door on the RX-8 which made it to production. Many vehicles have had doors like that. That’s a really odd thing to get hung up on.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. I think it looks far better than the current Fit.

For $4800, you’d be hard pressed to find another Bimmer that is as clean etc.

Came in angry about whatever vehicle association was talking s***, leaving angry about it being a pretty okay statement and I was clickbait’d.

I mean, I’m a millennial and I use “hence,” “henceforth,” “thus,” etc. in my speech pretty regularly, so I dunno what he’s on about.

The 2-series is pretty great for visibility basically anything (other than hauling junk) for a car in this day and age.

Oof, no way to pick longer jeans. An inseam of 32" isn’t gonna cut it.

Ah, yeah, that brings up another point: I’d rather not lay down if I have to. Oddly enough, my arms aren’t THAT long, so in order to reach the steering wheel without folding my legs up, I have to be positioned at least somewhat upright.

Seriously, I’d give my left nut for one of those. And that the good one, so you know I mean business.

I want to.

Seriously, I don’t see how hard it is to understand that this was made for another market. “BuT tHiS wOnT sElL iN aMeRiCa!” Yeah, probably not. But the world is larger than just America.

Considering this will probably never reach American shores (barring the 25-year import rule), then this is a moot point. Would this work well in Japan? Probably. So it’s not missing the mark.

I didn’t know this existed, and now I must have it.

As someone whose head hits the ceiling quite regularly due to being tall, I’m not complaining. And you’d better not either because if they start making shorter rooflines because people complained about them being too tall, then so help me....

Hey now, the 2-series doesn’t look terrible.

Eh, far closer to a Kia Forte:

At least Mississippi is laying down the law in the South. Can’t be too careful with their powerful blizzards and whatnot.
