TAPE

Favorite term: "I taped Breaking Bad last night." While no one I know still uses video tape for anything, everyone [including me] still says they "taped" a show.

In the July 1990 issue of Writer's Digest, Ray Nelson wrote an article called "The Science Fiction Attitude" where he talks about the idea behind his short story Eight O'Clock in the Morning, which became the movie "They Live". Great interesting read with some twists to actual history.

The moving, a vile piece of garbage nothing like the book. At all.

Dune ,some shitty word weapons , i cringe when first time see that ,all movie is bad bad adaptation

I'm tempted to go with this:

From the Merc with a mouth to...not

The ending of "I Am Legend".

Changing it from a post-war oral history project to a mid-war FIGHT THE OUTBREAK narrative to create a false sense of action, along with switching the zombies from shamblers to runners. Runners have their place, but part of the reason the outbreak became as dire as it did is that modern militaries just weren't
