Turner wasn’t just banned from Team USA, he was banned from USA Swimming. Perhaps a subtle difference, but that means not only can he not represent his country, he cannot train with a USA Swimming affiliated club.

In NASCAR, not much. I don’t think telemetry is legal in NASCAR like it is in Formula 1 or Indycar, so the crew chiefs are completely reliant on the input from the driver to know how to adjust the cars during the race.

West Texas has two national parks (Big Bend and Guadalupe Mountains), and they are both pretty good. Having grown up in Ohio, and now living in Texas, I think that Guadalupe Mountains deserves to be above Cuyahoga Valley.
