Genuinely honest question for everyone choosing to dismiss this woman for not reading the TOS, or just finding some way to find fault with her actions: do YOU believe she’s dressed unprofessionally in that first picture? Because if you don’t then you’ve kinda missed the point.

You say that people are expected to dress and act professionally, but the article makes no mention of her behavior and actions in the workplace (aside from the pictured costumes). Therefore, half your statement has no basis in fact, thus harming your credibility.
