My vote would be for Corey Hawkins who played Benny in the In The Heights movie. 

Ari Is 28 but reads much younger, her persona still feels very teen to me, which I think may be a decision by her team to keep her relevant to her main audience, I suspect. Cynthia reads younger as Holly Gibney, but older as ‘herself’ when performing because she’s so confident. I think It will work.
