good for you - the PAs like to make you think that you have to stop for them - but you don’t. I used to work on a block that was used for filming all the time. I would always stop because I sure as hell didn’t want to get back to work too quickly. But if it was anywhere I wanted to really go I’d keep walking.

If you read interviews, SMG is known for really going for it. The scene from the Prom where she tells Willow Angel is leaving town and she says ‘I feel like I can’t breath, Will’ feels so real. (and yes I cry at that every time.)

I agree with you on it being the best show ever (anyone can fight me on that). Between 1998 and 2005 I moved a lot - and my ritual during unpacking was to unpack my VCR (later DVD) and just let all the episodes play from the beginning to bring good Buffy energy into the apartment (yes its totally nuts).

The episode where Xander dumps her (and she became a bride-zilla) for me was a low point of the series and total bullshit. 

In a few ways yes - they learned a lot and worked out a lot of storytelling kinks after 3 years of Buffy. The arc with Darla’s return, ‘death’, resurrection and death AGAIN was spectacular. 

Passion of the Nerd’s videos are AMAZING. The one he did for ‘Lie to Me’ that goes into philosophy and choice etc. is fantastic. You have a choice. You don’t have a good choice; but you have a choice.

I need to rewatch this one. I didn’t love the last two seasons (and I consider myself a Buffy Super Fan.) Once More With Feeling, The Body, Hush are all some of the best hours produced for TV. My personal favorite though is “I Only Have Eyes For You” from season 2. Gets me every time.
