I agree with this exactly regarding SFV. Once Akuma was announced, I got really excited for the Season Pass once all of the characters were revealed. But this slow drip of information really kills my excitement to keep playing.

YES this game is the best!! The amount of hours that me and my brother spent playing this game was unreal. Anytime I bring this game up to any of my friends, family, people at work, or just a random person on the sidewalk, they’ve never heard of it and think I’m some loon who makes up games.

You can still purchase them in-game with Fight Money, but now they’re getting rid of their “Real-Money Currency (Zenny)” and letting you also buy characters via PS Store/Steam
