I’ve seen a whole lot of rats running around or floating dead in the Potomac, the Anacostia, the Tidal Basin, and all the little rivers (Four Mile Run, Lubber Run, Turkey Run) in Arlington and Alexandria. I hope this water feature captures that part of DC culture.
