They are reducing variations in build by 95% to reduce cost of production and streamline it with more base standard features (tow package, heated seats, adaptive cruise control, etc). Seems they got rid of the Timberline, King Ranch, Limited, and XLT
The Android based operating system is supposedly 4x faster than sync and the first Ford to get it. And blue cruise is a level 2 autonomous driving system. It’s not simply lane keeping. You just look forward and it drives the car.. Pretty nice on long road trips the few times I’ve tried it.
I drove my 2003 Ford Expedition until 302,000 miles before deciding to upgrade. No powertrain issues besides spark plugs. Had the 4.6L V8. Only major things that went out were AC compressor and a window motor. Cheap to repair. Great car all-in-all

yeah my ‘03 Expedition is 28 gallons
Seems simple. The drivers just need to use common sense and start/stop the car themselves
All of that certainly is aided by the fact that the US basically subsidizes their defense and R&D.
Makes you wonder why he didn't just engage 6x6..
