Our government (with her as sec of state) overthrows a dictatorship, throws weapons into the power vacuum which allows a new monster to form, and she thinks things aren’t that bad? Yeah. Lets elect her president. (sarcasm).

Realistically almost every troop carrying ship ever in the history of warfare has had soldiers on deck doing some kind of drill/practice while underway. Practicing with AA toys out in the open while going to an area that is getting pounded from the air... seems prudent.
