No, I’m pretty sure they are bothered by the combination of both the $ and word “bucks” being used together. When I read “$30", I would say it as “30 dollars” so when I read “$30 bucks”, I read it as “30 dollar bucks” which to me isn’t that weird because of Bluey. If it just said“30 bucks” or “$30", there would be no

I’ve been watching a lot of Bluey with my toddler and they refer to money as dollar bucks on the show so it didn’t even sound strange to me.

I guess I don’t like the term “lost” because it wasn’t easily available. There are plenty of NES games that are only available to be played on the NES. Sure, you could play old NES games on an emulator, but you could play Scott Pilgrim on an emulator too.

I always found it strange how this was considered a “lost” game. I can go boot up my 360 and play it right now if I want.

I saw Bill and Ted this weekend at a drive-in theater

The video store gave up their game section which was in a side room. We had a normal Pizza Hut (hut shaped building) which I can only assume is shutting down. The new Pizza Hut that just opened is really tiny so I’m assuming it is for delivery only.

My local video store (yes, you read that correctly) recently downsized to make room for a Pizza Hut that opened last week.

I actually really like Pink Maggit as a closer.

I still defend Limp Bizkit’s first album. It was loud and raw in a real way while Significant Other just seemed to polish everything up and market it to the masses.

I’ll take 2 hot takes please! Can you make one extra hot?

Now You See Me

I rewatched the scene (25:30 on the AMC website). Beta moves the turntable which implies he hooked it up to a car battery that was already there (and full of juice).

I thought the same thing initially but I think the record player was hooked up to a car battery. Why there was a record player hooked up to a car battery is an entirely different question though.

This is one of the most fun songs to sing at karaoke.

Well you’re in luck! For the low low price of only $10 a month, you’ll have access to all of WWE’s past and future live-airing PPVs with the WWE Network. Sign up nWo!

I just noticed that Spanish Love Songs released a new album called Brave Faces Everyone back in early February so I was excited by that. I became a big fan of theirs after seeing them open for Iron Chic. Their last album Schmaltz was on constant repeat for me over the last year. I guess they are a punk rock/emo band.

According to this study from 2013, WWE fans are actually more left-leaning than right. They also don’t seem to vote so I doubt you’d be finding them at a rally.

Fair enough. My reasoning for like Samoas more than Caramel deLites is that dark chocolate tastes way better than milk chocolate.

Samoas > Caramel deLites

It’s easy to remember the capital of Montana. It is Helena as in “I’d rather go to Helena handbasket than step foot in Montana.”
