When they were little - ignored little bonks, scapes, bangs, etc. No
“ouch!” or oo-ing or ah-ing or shushing or comforting. Not even eye contact. Result - they stopped crying in seconds after a “fall” or “bump”, would get up and go right back to playing. Pretty soon, we didn’t get any crying for small stuff and short
