I have not enjoyed the last season and I lay that at the feet of Chibnall. Whitaker seems game to play a very good version of the Doctor and the rest of the cast seems perfectly well talented. There is maybe one too many companions (Sorry, Yaz - love you but you are superfluous) but that could be fixed with better

I cant say that I’m sad. I backed the kickstarter, waited with baited breath for my blu-rays to show up, eagerly threw the disc in. . . . and was utterly bored. No chemistry in the cast, undercooked humor, no room for the jokes to breath - I tapped out 3 or 4 episodes into the season and I haven't been back since.

It just didn't work, I feel like everyone kept talking over each other or just kept talking.  There was rarely ever a pause and that hurt the comedy.

I keep going back and forth from “it was fun but it just wasn’t the same” to “well hell, any MST is better than nothing.” It doesn’t help that the best episode was probably Mac and Me, and something about those things’ faces produces such a visceral reaction in me that I could barely stand to look at the screen.

It’s Larry Hemsworth.

Correction: The Rocketeer’s score was by James Horner, not Howard Shore.
