There are $400K to $4.4Million properties all over the place. Just north of me in Lake Mary there are tons of $400-$450K properties either in reasonable HOA’s or in non HOA locations. Longwood has a few as does Maitland. Same goes for Tampa, Miami has plenty of $400K+ properties. same as cocoa beach ,etc...

Because shops overcharge. I dont know of any mechanics that live in 4 bedroom mc-mansions taking home $40 an hour. most do not make $20 an hour, yet the shop gleefully charges $110 an hour. it does NOT cost $90 an hour to operate a run down building and pay for the liability insurance.
