100% depends on your area. I live where I get 100Mbps for $39 a month. but most of Orlando is not the 3rd world country the rest of the USA is in regards to broadband. When I lived in Michigan it was $350 a month for that and you would rarely get 100Mbps... you got nothing if it rained.
