You’re conflating anarchists with antifa. Anarchists hate all organized governments, and started much of the fighting on the Milo college tour. They view alt right as repressive, because of their views on races, homosexuality, etc.

Not all groups declared “antifa” by Trumpers/Breitbart are actually violent. But it’s part of their fantasy that all are.

It also sometimes means anti first amendment. It’s a name appropriated by right wingers and alt right wingers give to protesters against them- for instance /pol/ called the woman’s March and antifa march. Some protest groups have claimed the name to bring it back to its 1990's origin.
