No, Kanye, I will not have you. Not after seeing the "clothes" and "footwear" you "designed". That is some fugly shit, right there. Oh, and that aside, you're a tremendously narcissistic douchebag, and I don't want your douche-cooties anywhere near me.

Also, little Nori being dragged along to fashion shows that she

Totally agree. We put WAY too much power in the beauty of youth. I think the idea that youth=self-worth led to me enjoying my 20's so much less than I would have if I hadn't felt like I was "losing" something. We seem to always be telling girls to find their value in pieces of themselves that begin with winning the

I've found myself very critical of models when I shop online, see where the clothes cling, how much cleavage/backside the model has, shoulder width, torso length... basically comparing as well as I can to my body type to get a much better idea of how that really cute dress would *actually* look on me. Same concept

Seriously, those ripples on her thighs make me feel so much better about mine.

I guess the shock is due to the fact that we virtually never see images like this in the media.

I grew up around women/girls who constantly criticized womens' bodies on tv. they weren't even aware they were doing it or that what they said was wrong. They didn't even know what they didn't know- that's how far unaware. when you're in that deep, awareness is a painful thing instinctively flinched away from. that

Thank you. She looks older than she is because of that lighting. It's horrible. And the color scheme doesn't suit her. If she was under different lighting dressed in more flattering colors, we would gasping over how young she looks.

I also personally enjoy seeing the human part of humans.

of course we know airbrushing is a thing. What we don't know is what our bodies will look like after a certain age. I'm in my late 30s and became depressed when my body started looking different. My old bf would make fun of my naked body and would say it didn't look normal to him. That was 3 years ago and I have not

I very clearly did not say she NEEDED one. In fact, I said I think she looks great. My point was that so many women in her industry do everything they can cosmetically to look a certain way, and I wondered why she didn't. I also stated that my curiosity was mostly based on my own hatred of my own belly.

I find it a big deal because she isn't perfect looking, but still hot. Not just for her age. She shows a the aging of a woman with good genes who has taken care of herself.

I considered that but she looks tan from recent sun exposure too. Also, she's a gajillionaire and could easily afford IPL to get rid of the damage (I don't think she's a stranger to other cosmetic enhancements) but that would involve having to stay out of the sun.

That's a damn shame. Now, I'm a straight 30-year old woman, and I have to tell you, I think the soft, ripply, often freckled skin right above the breast area of most women over the age of 45 is absolutely gorgeous. There's something genuinely maternal about it.

Considering that most of her prime swimsuit model days were in the 80s before people really cared about sun damage and everyone wanted to be bronze, I give her a pass on that too.

I saw this on Facebook two days ago, and my first question was, for someone who has reportedly had facial work done, and who has as much money as she does, why would she not have had a tummy tuck done? It almost looks like her face shopped onto someone else's body.

Same damn family member who went off on a rant about Uma's MAKEUP being plastic surgery and "when are women going to be allowed to age gracefully" (dear lord, when idiots like you stop making it about appearance!?) posted this nugget too with scads of praise. She really lacks self-awareness.

The "worst" (relatively speaking) part of that photo is the preventable sun damage. You'd think a super model would take better care in that regard. However, she still looks smoking and her face is GORGEOUS.

Well imagine that...a 40 something mother of two looking her age and looking damn good too. Who cares, why is this a thing? Did we not know they photoshop the shit out of pictures?

She looks... so human. It's refreshing.
