    No Wing Commander 3?!

Hmm, I missed this before, I wonder if this is why the AVClub has been palpably more pleasant towards Kevin Smith recently…

    "Who is this?"

It had a tv series that went for two seasons as well…

Kind of. It came from a pre-production press release by Channel 4, and made its way into the Wikipedia article.

When I recommend Sense8 to people, I warn them that the first episode is relatively crappy. I suggest you push through the rest of ep 1 and give ep 2 a try…

Yeah, that comes from a pre-production "upcoming shows" press release by Channel 4 that I think got used in the Wikipedia article and now gets repeated by every pop culture news site, despite two actual seasons of the show existing that disprove it.

Goddamnit AV Club, you had one last chance NOT to get the premise of Utopia wrong, and you blew it!

I'll make my usual observation that Utopia is not about "a mysterious graphic novel that foretells cataclysmic events".
What I wish HBO would do is make a deal where they screen the first two seasons of the original and (co-)fund its continuation.

Would watch if included occasional guest appearance by Earl Boen playing Dr Silberman (I like Bruce Davison, but fuck him this role is all Boen's).

I splurged out on Death Note vols 3-12. I'm only on volume 3 but it's great fun and I recommend it to people, especially as a first manga series (it's my first).

How's Transmetropolitan? Excellent Nottingham comic shop Page 45 recommended it to me in accordance with my current tastes, but it feels like a bit of a commitment…

I saw the POS and it took me too long to remember enough about it to get the joke to find it funny :(

Unfortunately, the Zim comic currently isn't available in the UK. Oni Press are looking into it, but apparently Nickelodeon are dicks when it comes to distributing their comics over here.

Her name is Bernadette. Bernie for short.

Damn. Okay, there's the height thing. Apart from that it doesn't work!

It fluorite over my head, I'm afraid.

"It’s unclear how exactly this is “filling in the gaps” of the movies". No, it's pretty clear.
